Preparation. Perello sausage is very easy to prepare. Unthaw the link(s) if frozen. Once unthawed, put in a pot of water and bring to simmering boil for 30 minutes. Once time has elapsed your Perello sausage is ready for comsumption. Simply cut, remove casing and serve. Casing may be left on if not intending to eat all of the link for it will keep the meat moist. Do not forget to try in a hard roll with your favorite topping for a delicious sandwhich, or diced in scrambled eggs. Also great with some cheese and crackers.
